Job responsibilities

• project management of procurement processes, acquisition and analysis of offers in the procurement process,
• preparation of analyzes and reports on total purchase values and preparation of procurement risk assessments, implementation of direct and indirect procurement processes,
• identification and analysis of potential suppliers, participation in price negotiations and other conditions of cooperation
• developing and maintaining good business relations with suppliers,
• monitoring the status of orders and ensuring timely delivery,
• resolving complaints,
• regular monitoring and optimization of raw material inventory levels,
• operating in accordance with legislative requirements and industry standards as well as the company's internal regulations,
• acting in accordance with customs procedures
• cooperation with other functions in the company with the aim of harmonizing business requirements and taking into account market information to ensure coordinated purchasing requirements.

What we expect

• at least a secondary school education in economics, finance or another relevant field, education in the field of chemistry, pharmacy or other natural sciences is an advantage,
• kknowledge of legislation in the field of internal and external business operations,
• knowledge of procurement processes,
• active knowledge of the English language.
