Job responsibilities

• Responsibility for managing, analysing, and reporting accounting data of the company in a prompt, accurate and precise way to ensure financial stability, compliance with regulations, and help decision-making
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Participate in ERP project
• Prepare financial statements in time
• Report financial data to HQ’s accountants
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable and receivable
• Manage the collection and archiving of accounting documents
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Monitor external accountants’ output
• Improve internal control system and processes
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Manage relationship with external auditors, tax authorities and banks

What we expect

• Bachelor or above in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including SAS and IFRS
• Hands-on experience with ERP or accounting software
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Advanced level of English
• Certifications like CPA, ACCA and CMA are a plus.
