Job responsibilities


  • Responsibility for designing, engineering, commissioning and maintaining the industrial automation system
  • Implementation of strategies and technological solutions to improve, simplify and automate operational performance, supporting and enhancing production capacity and ensuring high quality standards
  • Responsibility for the maintenance of corporate automation systems in compliance with GMP and safety regulations
  • Designing and implementing the systems and technologies that enable company to collect, process, and analyse data in real time, always considering cyber safety principles
  • Preparation of user requirements and implementation of new ways to automate systems and processes to help company to operate more efficiently and effectively, reduce costs, and improve the reliability of manufacturing systems
  • preparation of functional specifications for individual projects; preparation, review and approval of drawings, lists, schedules, diagrams, calculations and data sheets for individual projects
  • check of new equipment, if necessary, check at the supplier, check at the facility and testing (FAT/SAT) on the project
  • implementation of start-up activities, design of DQ, IQ and OQ protocols and implementation of DQ, IQ and OQ, including finding technical solutions during PQ and validation
  • performing a risk assessment for individual projects, eliminating defects and errors with product and software development
  • design, provision and maintenance of data archiving configuration
  • providing control over software changes (Software Change Controls) related to automation/system changes
  • support in internal and external audits and inspections
  • preparation of relevant documentation (SOPs for relevant processes) to ensure good understanding of processes and automation implemented for end users
  • maintenance of updated records of fixed assets for all technological material assets
  • Collaborate in set-up calibration procedures for critical instruments
  • Collaborate in problem solving and on call maintenance

What we expect


  • university degree in the field of mechanical, electrical engineering or another relevant technical field,
  • 2 years of work experience in a comparable position,
  • proficiency in maintaining automation equipment
  • knowledge in IT/Industrial Network and Fieldbus
  • knowledge in DCS and SCADA architecture
  • experience with project management
  • solid understanding of computer programming and software development
  • Knowledge of Siemens TIA and PCS7 environment
  • active knowledge of the English language.
