Job responsibilities

• Development of quality control processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with current regulations and for ensuring comprehensive customer service
• Active participation in the creation and implementation of the quality system in the area of Quality Control laboratories.
• Devise and establish a company’s control procedures, analytical methods and specifications
• Coordination of cross-laboratory standardization of laboratory equipment
• Evaluation of analytical test results as part of product release, method transfer and method validation
• Technical expert and contact person for complex analytical and technical processes
• Statistical evaluation of raw data including trend estimation
• Ensure the proper conduct of OOS/OOT results investigation, involvement in case of any technical problems in laboratories
• Support other functions in RCI process and implementing CAPA's to ensure any non-compliance is addressed properly
• Provides routine coaching and feedback related to the expert knowledge to team members and peers to enable them to use and attain their maximum potential
• Ensures all methods and equipment used in the provision of scientific information have the required accuracy and precision to support customer needs

What we expect

• University degree in pharmacy, chemistry, or other equivalent natural science degree
• Knowledge of the qualification of analytical equipment (IQ, OQ, PQ)
• Familiarity data integrity
• Experienced in use of analytical equipment (HPLC, GC, MS, FTIR, XRD, PSD, etc)
• Experienced in use of laboratory softwares (Empower, LabX, etc.)
• Experienced in troubleshooting for analytical equipment
• Advanced level of English
